Programs
Choose the summer LT location connected to your campus or church.
Every LT location shares the same heart: a summer of work, worship, community, and mission where college students learn to lead themselves and serve others in the name of Jesus. Students live at YMCA partner sites, grow in discipleship with peers, and return to campus with deeper faith and clearer leadership.

Choosing a program
Collegiate Leadership Training is a summer discipleship program for college students with two locations in 2026, and most students attend the one their campus church sends students to. Adirondack LT lasts 9 weeks, June 12 – August 15, 2026, at Silver Bay YMCA on Lake George in Silver Bay, New York, and its applications close May 14. Estes Park LT lasts 11 weeks, May 18 – July 31, 2026, at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado, next to Rocky Mountain National Park, and its applications close April 22. Both follow the same pattern: students work full time for the YMCA, live in YMCA dorms, pay for food and housing from their wages, and meet for Bible study, worship, outreach and discipleship led by staff from Collegiate churches. Both charge the same program fee, $895 for first-time students and $595 for returners who register before February 1. Students should confirm their location with their campus ministry leader or church staff contact before they apply.
