Apply for Leadership Training 2026

Applying for Collegiate Leadership Training takes two applications. The first is the Collegiate LT assessment through Reliant Mission, which administers the program for the Collegiate Church Network. The second is an employment application with the YMCA partner site, because every LT student works full time for the YMCA and being hired is required to take part. Acceptance into LT does not guarantee a YMCA job. In 2026, Adirondack LT applications close May 14 and Estes Park LT applications close April 22. Fees are lowest for students who register before February 1: $895 for first-time students and $595 for returners, rising to $995 and $695 for late registration. The fee covers program costs, and food and housing are paid from YMCA wages. Because LT is a mission project, students are encouraged to raise support and get coaching to do it. Before applying, students should confirm their LT location with their campus ministry leader or church staff contact.
