What is Collegiate Leadership Training?
Leadership Training (LT) is a summer discipleship program for college students, run by the Collegiate Church Network and administered by Reliant Mission. In 2026 it runs at two YMCA partner sites: Adirondack LT, 9 weeks at Silver Bay YMCA on Lake George in Silver Bay, New York (June 12 – August 15, 2026), and Estes Park LT, 11 weeks at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado (May 18 – July 31, 2026). Students work full time for the YMCA, which houses them in dorms, and spend the rest of the week in Bible study, worship and outreach with leaders from Collegiate churches. The program fee starts at $895 for first-time students and $595 for returners who register before February 1. Applying takes two steps: the Collegiate LT assessment through Reliant Mission and a YMCA employment application. LT is mainly for students in Collegiate churches, and students from other churches are welcome. Alan Hable directs Leadership Training for the network.
