LT Assessments are LIVE!
Let’s Go! It’s time! We’re excited for you to start your journey of growth in serving like Jesus with others.
Both LT programs will have two distinct applications; one for employment and an assessment with Reliant for participation in the program. Acceptance as an employee to either YMCA is mandatory for participation in LT.
When you apply to LT, you'll be put through an assessment process that will help program leadership determine if a summer at LT is a good fit for you. We care about your spiritual, physical, and emotional health, and we desire to see you flourish. We love LT, but also see the value in a summer spent receiving other care and training in other contexts.
Ultimately, we want to set you up for success no matter what your summer holds.
1. Determine which LT you're going to.
You can choose between Adirondack LT in New York or Estes Park LT in Colorado. For most people, these are determined by their local church.
2. Learn more about your summer job.
You will be employed by either the Silver Bay YMCA (Adirondack LT) or the YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park Center (Estes Park LT).
3. Apply to LT through Reliant!
Apply to the Collegiate Leadership Training Programs through Reliant Mission.
